One of Whit's favorite things about this Christmas has been noticing all of the decorations! He loves to pick out wreaths, trees, lights, inflatables, and any other decoration you can imagine. You can bet that if there's a Christmas decoration to be found anywhere we go, he'll find it.
It's so much fun to see Christmas and the wonder of this holiday through his eyes. We've gone into several public places that has a tree on display that I probably would have subconsciously noticed, whereas Whit RUNS up to the tree and looks up at the ornaments in utter amazement. He is continuously in awe of how many people and places have Christmas trees!
As we decorated our tree this year, Whit had "creative liberties" with the lower half of the tree, being able to place the ornaments he made at school and other non-breakables. As he was decorating of course all of these ended up in one big clump!
It has been so much fun to watch him at Christmas this year and see just how vastly different his comprehension is of the holiday from last December to now.
