Tonight we celebrated Halloween a day early at a fun weenie roast at Suzanne and Jeremy's house in Wallburg. The fire pit was burning, the kids were playing, and the weather was perfect for a fall celebration! Here are our hosts, Suz and Jeremy, dressed up like Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers!
Kevin and I dressed up as spider webs to compliment our itsy, bitsy spider, Whit! Here I am with our little spider and Little Red Riding Hood (a.k.a., Sanna), Suz & Jeremy's daughter!
I made a dessert for the shindig that was inspired by a Rainbow Cake on MckMama's blog seen here. I wanted to make it festive for the season (and not quite so tall!) so I went with a three-layered cake in the colors of candy corn. Here are pictures of the outside and inside of my cake!
